Children under 3 years of age enter free of charge and do not require a ticket.
Go directly to the entrance and present your smartphone ticket to the staff at the gate.
Your reserved timeslot is the earliest time you may enter. You may enter at any time after your selected entry time on the same day.
The ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service dogs.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the aquarium.
Baby carriers are available to borrow on site, subject to availability.
Photography and video recording for personal use are permitted. Tripods and professional equipment are not allowed.
There are no lockers available at the aquarium.
