Program Description
Cordoba is one of the most fascinating cities in Andalusia, where Roman, Moorish and Jewish influences come together. This is a journey into a place that, during the Middle Ages, was one of the most important cultural and intellectual centres in Europe.
Upon arrival, you will begin your visit at the remarkable Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This extraordinary monument blends Islamic architecture with Christian elements, creating one of the most unique landmarks in the world. You will then explore the charming Jewish Quarter, filled with narrow streets and a rich historical atmosphere. During the walk, you will reach the famous Calleja de las Flores, one of the most photographed spots in the city. You will also see the historic Roman Bridge, which has connected the banks of the Guadalquivir River for centuries, as well as the traditional Cordoban patios and gardens, known for their colourful flowers and distinctive Andalusian style.
After the sightseeing, you will have free time for lunch or to explore the city at your own pace before returning to Costa del Sol.

Magical Córdoba – a captivating journey into the heart of Andalusian history! This city has an extraordinary soul, where multicultural history intertwines with an intimate, authentic atmosphere. The most impressive is undoubtedly the Mezquita-Catedral – a monumental mosque-cathedral that leaves you speechless. The forest of characteristic red and white arches and the extraordinary play of light inside make it one of the most unique monuments in all of Europe. After visiting the temple, it`s worth strolling through the picturesque Jewish Quarter (Judería) with its narrow streets, the most famous of which – Calleja de las Flores – delights with flower-lined balconies and views of the cathedral tower. A stroll across the ancient Roman Bridge (Puente Romano) was also an unforgettable experience. Córdoba also boasts exquisite cuisine – be sure to try the creamy local cold soup, salmorejo, and traditional tapas in one of the charming local bodegas.
