Krka National Park

Discover one of Croatia's most beautiful natural treasures on a visit to Krka National Park, renowned for its spectacular waterfalls, crystal-clear river and lush Mediterranean landscapes.

Your journey takes you along the stunning Dalmatian coastline, passing through the towns of Split, Solin, Kaštela, Trogir, Primošten and Šibenik, offering beautiful views even before you reach the park.

The highlight of the visit is Skradinski Buk, the longest and most impressive of the seven waterfalls on the Krka River. As you stroll along wooden boardwalks and across travertine barriers, you will admire breathtaking scenery and discover the park's rich and diverse vegetation.

You will also visit the historic 19th-century watermills, once an important symbol of the region's economic development. Along the way, you will learn about the first hydroelectric power plant in Europe and the second in the world, built beside the Skradinski Buk waterfall.

There will be plenty of free time to explore the park, take photographs or simply relax beneath the shade of ancient oak and ash trees.
