Program Description

A scenic cruise along Montenegro’s stunning coastline is the perfect opportunity to discover one of the Adriatic’s most beautiful destinations. Surrounded by steep mountains that descend almost directly into the sea, the Bay of Kotor captivates visitors with landscapes often compared to the Norwegian fjords. Yet this remarkable place has its own unique Mediterranean charm, where breathtaking scenery meets a rich cultural heritage.

During the excursion, you will visit Our Lady of the Rocks, one of the most iconic landmarks in the Bay of Kotor. This small artificial island is home to a 17th-century church decorated with works by Tripo Kokolja, one of the most renowned Baroque painters of the Adriatic region. You will also learn about the fascinating history of this unique island, which has been an important symbol of the Bay of Kotor for centuries.

The next stop will be Kotor, a medieval town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Surrounded by impressive defensive walls and nestled between the mountains and the sea, Kotor enchants visitors with its stone-paved streets, historic architecture and distinctive atmosphere. It is widely regarded as one of the Adriatic’s true gems.

Upon arrival in Kotor, there will be free time to explore the town at your own pace. A walk through the Old Town offers a chance to experience the atmosphere of a former trading port and observe local life. Among the most notable landmarks are St. Tryphon’s Cathedral, one of Montenegro’s most important religious monuments, and the Maritime Museum, which showcases the region’s rich seafaring traditions. It is a great opportunity to discover Kotor’s history in your own way.
