Program Description

The tour begins at the designated assembly point and includes a tour of the Alcázar in Seville with an audio guide and official entrance ticket. With the help of a smartphone app, it is possible to explore one of the city's most important monuments, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, individually. The tour takes you through the most important parts of the palace, such as the Patio de las Doncellas, the Baths of María Padilla, the Admiral's Hall, the Upper Royal Hall, and the famous gardens of the Alcázar, made famous by movie productions, including “Game of Thrones.” An audio guide allows you to learn about the history, trivia, and legends associated with each space, providing a flexible and independent tour at your own pace. The tour ends with a return to the hotels on your own.

On the day of the tour it is necessary to go to the office in Arfe Street to get the entrance ticket to the Alcazar. It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the tour time. On the day of the tour it is also compulsory to bring and present the original and physical ID to access the Alcazar.

Don't forget to bring your own headphones in order to listen to the audio guide app. You also would need free space in your device to download the audio guide.

The time of access to the monument will be the time you chose when you made your reservation. You can collect your tickets from 1 hour before the time of your booking.
