Program Description

In the cosy Ka-Atelier Studio in the heart of Hong Kong, you'll discover the art of hand-painting traditional Chinese teacups, combining classic Chinese motifs with elements of Western painting. It's a unique opportunity to create your own piece inspired by the culture of the Far East.

Guided by a local artist, you'll learn the basics of ceramic painting and explore traditional Chinese motifs, including bamboo and plum blossoms. The relaxed atmosphere encourages creativity, so whether you're a complete beginner or already enjoy painting, you'll be free to experiment with colours, patterns and your own ideas. The artist will also help you choose a theme for your design and share helpful tips to bring your unique creation to life.
