Program Description
A trip to the town with ancient history – Balchik, also called “The White Town”. You will visit the summer residence of the Romanian Queen Maria, called “The quiet nest” and the Botanical garden, with more than 3000 species of plants. There are also about 250 species of cactuses. The Botanical garden is the second largest garden in Europe. А possibility to visit and wine tasting in the Royal Winery. Visit of Kaliakra where at the furthest point was located in the Middle Ages a powerful fortress. Chosen excursion available subject to minimal number of participants.

GREAT ORGANIZATION, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS
The magnificent sites of Balchik and Cape Kaliakra are two of the most famous attractions on Bulgaria`s northern coast. Beautiful nature, wonderful, majestic views, and engaging stories from the guide. I highly recommend it. If you`re going for the beautiful photos and history, absolutely. The hike is about 7 km long, but it`s worth it.
